8dcffd8f5a Initial, WIP spelling implementation 
Add a ranges highlighter that takes a timestamped list of ranges and
associated face. Add a spell.kak file that uses aspell pipe interface
to fill a range-faces option.

4cb74623bb Store the buffer timestamp in line flags options respect it for highlighting 
Option content is auto updated to match current buffer, so that line flags
are updated according to buffer modifications.

f66bbdf209 select/split interpret count parameter as the capture group to use 
count being 0 by default, we use the whole match, but we can now
specify to use capture 1 with 1s<regex><ret>.

719997f0ab Do not tag BufferIterator as random access 
Boost regex considers that random access means fast distance
computation, which is not the case for BufferIterator where
Buffer::distance is O(num lines between them) which can get
big on large files.

2cd0ce41ac Do not try to extend last match when updating regex matches 
It does not work well with regexes starting with a lookbehind, as
we would need to reparse from further away, leading to the last
match just being removed. It seems safer not to remove it, as
the motivating use case (multiline macros) is better left to
regions anyway.

3db95ce50c Prevented incorrect softlink from being created 
If the "autoload" directory softlink has already been created,

eb4ac85fb1 Force setting of terminal hardware scroll region on resize 
It seems there is a race condition with VTE based terminals when
created and resized almost immediatly (like when doing :new) where
we end up with the hardware scroll region set to the old terminal

3bd8c36b74 Removed the '-r' flag from the ln command in the install step of the Makefile. It is not a POSIX compliant option, therefore does not work on BSD or OS X. Reference GH Issue#286. 
Based on my understanding of this Makefile, the '-r' flag is unnecessary and didn't do anything additional.  The pathspec for both the source and target are explicit using a variable for a portion.
Will test via Homebrew following pushing this to my fork.

942fc224af Specify if ShellManager should read output or not using a flag 
Some program (xclip), will fork a daemon keeping stdout/stderr open,
so waiting for them to be closed make kakoune hang. Commands discarding
stdout can then just not wait on it.

Instead of storing the real 'select next completion' keystroke,
generate fake backspace/delete/char keystrokes so that replay
of the insert will insert the exact same text.

2204b7cf06 Defer deletion of buffers to after the event loop 
We can have SelectionList in flights on the buffer, so mark
it for deletion by moving it in a buffer trash, and effectively
delete it later, at a point where there should not be any further
access to it.

731277a425 Disable hooks on a per context basis, and propagate that to Insert mode 
using \ before entering insert mode will disable hooks during the whole

Lets consider that as a failed experiment.

You see, I learned something today, for a complicated problem, it
is important to keep as much knowledge of the exact problem as
possible. the Modification approach failed because it tried to
solve the general problem, which is quite complex. The new approach,
which keeps the knowledge that selections are sorted is much simpler
and faster (see f49bec8021).

58b4e29e81 ShellManager: Change the env var detection regex to find more uses 
The regex is now just '\bkak_\w+\b', no need for it to be looking
like a shell variable use.

This allows other tools that the shell to access Kakoune vars as
long as the name appears directly in the shell string.

0bc57e43d2 Server: correctly handle Accepters lifetime 
When exiting kakoune, ClientAccepters (now Server::Accepter) could
stay alive, which left an FDWatcher in the EventManager triggering
an assert. Now Server is handling their lifetime.

2ac545d306 RegionHighlighter: correct coordinates that are one past end of line 
As region highlighters store per lines matches, end of line ones
are not valid buffer coordinates and must be corrected as begining

5cffc48efc Pass a HighlightFlags parameter to highlighters

faabd24e11 Region highlighters track line changes in the buffer 
This way, region highlighters only need to regex-parse lines that
actually changed. matches on lines that just moved around but whose
content did not change can be updated simply by updating their line
coordinate.
