Change RankedMatch ordering to favor / characters

Browse Source 
This will improve matching of filenames, as 'foo/' will be sorted
before 'foo-bar' due to `/` coming before `-` in the new ordering
(it comes after in ascii/unicode order).

Fixes #1395
